How do I book a session or consultation?
You can book directly through the calendar link on my website or by filling out the form on the Contact page. Once you select a time and complete the payment, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details and a link to join the session.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
I understand that plans change! If you need to reschedule a 1:1 session or consultation, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice via the link in your confirmation email so we can find a new time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.
Do you offer refunds?
- Sessions & Consultations: Payments are generally non-refundable once a session is completed or if it is canceled with less than 24 hours' notice.
- Digital Products & Courses: Because digital products (like e-books, articles, videos, and editorial products) and course materials are delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales for these items are final.

How do I access the books, articles, or editorial products I purchased?
As soon as your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with a secure download link. If you create an account on this website, your digital purchases will also be safely stored in your member dashboard for easy access anytime.
Can I share your videos, course materials, or articles with others?
All materials, videos, and editorial products are protected by copyright and are licensed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Please do not redistribute, resell, or share your login credentials or download links with others. If you would like to use my frameworks or content for your team or organization, please reach out via the contact form to discuss commercial licensing.
How long do I have access to an online course?
Unless stated otherwise at the time of enrollment, you will receive lifetime access to the course materials for as long as the course remains active on this platform.
